It's like a cosmetic inspection for the home. Virtual Appointments Available.
During the consultation, there will be a thorough walk-through. The owner should be present for this appointment. A detailed list of recommendations of suggested cosmetic updates and repairs (cabinet hardware, paint, lighting, clean carpets, fix caulking, etc.) will be made for each space in the home, as well as for the exterior.
If the home is occupied, simple changes might be made like moving small furniture, rearranging a mantle, and we will evaluate items that the homeowner has that can be used for staging.
The home owner will be given a detailed to-do list. If the home owner needs help tackling the checklist, House Candy is available by the hour to assist.
If you need vacant staging we can recommend a great local stager. We no longer offer vacant staging services.
