It was my privilege to do a presale consultation, design, color and home staging on this vintage Cupertino ranch home to get it ready for sale. Doing all this pre-work and staging will make a large financial difference for the seller as homes that are all done up get top dollar.
We gave it the House Candy Works with new flooring, removed the popcorn ceilings, paint, new cabinet faces in the kitchen, new stainless appliances, super stylish hardware and lighting. We leaned into the mid-century bones of the home with stylish modern, yet retro lighting. You can check out the beautiful listing video right here.
This home ended up being a Red Fin "Hot Home" and had almost 150 people through the open houses in one weekend.
